Philip is an experienced, efficient, friendly, and skilled manicurist who provided a full set Builder Base manicure in record time + quality! Kim and Phillip were absolutely wonderful! I got a full GelX set and a pedicure, and I couldn’t be happier with either! Beyond the quality of their service, they are both so incredibly kind and personable. I live out of town, but I will definitely be back every time I come to Philly!
